Found a new home.

After a long search, my wife and I finally decided on this unit. It's a 34 years old 3 room model "A" HDB Flat. Floor area of approx. 74 sqm, around 796.5 sqft. I think its one of the biggest 3 room HDB Flats around. I love the big squarish layout and most importantly the extra ceiling height you get by being on the top floor. Kind of pricey as it's price is the same as an average 4 room Flat in the suburbs. But its central location with Boon Keng Mrt just downstairs, and proximity to the city and daily amenities makes it worth the price tag. Current state looks quite run down, but there is potential for it to be transformed.
