Previously roughen walls are now cement plastered.

Ceiling & wall framework in progress and some parts are already being covered by the partition boards in the living room.

Air-con pipes laid. Actual equipment will only be installed during the last few days of the renovation.

Electrical wiring works commences and some wires are seen on standby to be mounted in cabinets.
